Cut some garlic into thin slices.
Make a salt/pepper mix about 70/30.
With a knife, slice a hole into the leg, insert garlic and then sprinkle the salt/pepper mix into the hole. (See picture)
Do this all over the turkey leg, front and back. I made probably 10-12 incisions on each side.
Cover your entire turkey leg (front and back) liberally with Dijon mustard.
Add one cup of orange juice to the
bottom of the pan.
Place into the oven at 200 degrees Celsius and bake for about 45 minutes (or until cooked).
Slice the turkey into thin slices and mix into the sauce allowing them to soak it up. This step is super important and will give your turkey and incredible juicy flavour.
